Ingredients:
- 6 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Put corn, potatoes, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, milk, heavy cream, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker
Mix the ingredients together well by stirring them
For 6 to 8 hours, or until the potatoes are soft, cover and cook on low heat
