Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup finely ground coffee beans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- Whipped cream
- 4 maraschino cherries
Instructions:
Fry the coffee beans until they are very small
Add the ground beef and brown sugar to a bowl
Mix the ingredients together well
Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties
Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat
After cooking the bacon until its crispy, set it aside
To get the burger patties to the doneness you like, grill them for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare
Add chocolate chips to the top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and let them melt a little
For one minute, toast the brioche buns on the grill until they get a little brown
To put together the burger, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the bottom bun, then a slice of bacon, a coffee-infused burger patty with melted chocolate chips, and a drizzle of caramel sauce
Add whipped cream and a maraschino cherry on top
Put the top bun on top of the burger and serve right away
