Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Vegan chocolate chips optional, for topping
Instructions:
Put the banana, cocoa powder, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth
Mix until its smooth
Put salt, baking powder, and oats in the blender
Blend until everything is well mixed and a smooth batter forms
Melt the butter in a pan or griddle that doesnt stick
Pour pancake batter onto the pan to make pancakes of any size you want
Once the pancakes start to bubble on top, flip them over and cook for another one to two minutes, or until they are fully cooked
Do again with the rest of the batter
Put vegan chocolate chips on top of the warm pancakes if you want to
