Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Chinese five spice powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Toss potato slices with vegetable oil in a large bowl until they are well covered
Put the garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a different bowl and mix them together
Add the spice mix to the potato slices and toss them around so that they are all covered
Put potato slices on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer
Bake in an oven that has been heated up for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy
Flip the chips over halfway through the cooking time
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve
