  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

Set the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to heat it up

Put cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a small bowl

Add the olive oil and mix them together

Use the spice mix to coat both sides of the fish fillets

Fish should be cooked all the way through and flaky after 3 to 4 minutes on each side

Put tortillas on the grill and heat them up for 30 seconds on each side

Place a piece of grilled fish on each tortilla to make a taco

Diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, avocado slices, and shredded cabbage or lettuce should be put on top

Serve with wedges of lime to squeeze over the tacos
