Bring to a low boil
To make a slurry, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl
Mix the thick liquid into the sauce in the skillet
For about two to three minutes, cook until the sauce gets thicker
Put the steaks back in the pan and cover them with the sauce
Lay small pieces of chopped parsley on top of the steaks and sauce
