Buffalo Chicken Sliders with Gorgonzola Slaw

These pull-apart buffalo chicken sliders with Gorgonzola slaw are the perfect combination of spicy and creamy flavors. They make for a great appetizer or snack for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

Ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and buffalo sauce should all be mixed together in a bowl

Add pepper and salt to taste

Slice the meat into small patties that are the right size for your slider buns

In a pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat

They should be fried for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a golden brown crust

Shake up some Gorgonzola cheese and mayonnaise in a different bowl to make the slaw dressing

Shred the cabbage and carrots and put them in a different bowl

Add the Gorgonzola dressing and toss the vegetables until they are well covered

Cut the slider buns in half and toast them just a bit in the oven or pan

Put a chicken patty on the bottom half of each bun and then a big scoop of Gorgonzola slaw on top of each one

Put the other half of the bun on top and use toothpicks to hold it in place
