A classic comfort food loved by many, the grilled cheese sandwich is simple yet satisfying. Its perfect for a quick lunch or snack, especially when paired with a warm bowl of tomato soup.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
Put a cheese slice in the middle of each piece of bread
Put butter on the outside of each piece of bread
Place the pan on medium heat
Cook the sandwich for about two to three minutes on each side until it turns golden brown
While cooking, use a spatula to gently press down on the cheese to make sure it melts and browns evenly
Take it off the heat and serve it hot
