Ingredients:
- 200g egg noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 150g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat
Add minced garlic and sliced onion, stir-fry until fragrant
Add bell pepper and mushrooms, continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender yet crisp
Toss in the cooked noodles and stir to combine with the vegetables
Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sprinkle sugar over the noodles
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving
